Refund policy
Please be aware that all sales are final. However, we do accommodate returns or exchanges under certain conditions: if you receive an incorrect item, or if the item has a defect. To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused.

Damages and issues
Should there be a defect attributable to us, we ask that you inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photographic evidence of the defect. If an item is deemed eligible for a refund or exchange, it must be returned to us within 14 days for evaluation.
Exchanges
Please note that returns or exchanges for incorrectly ordered sizes by the customer are not accepted. Additionally, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once delivered.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
